Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used supplements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@alwaysfit.com.

We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

AlwaysFit Suplementos provides free return shipping for eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
